Open Positions

regional account managers

Cranial-8 seeks to employ two regional account managers for its Sales Outsourcing business.

These positions are responsible for growing revenues, and providing high touch sales support for a select number of key principals. Both are home based positions, one supporting Quebec (based in Montreal), the other supporting the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) (based in the GTA).

These positions have been created in order to provide increased coverage into vital geographic regions, and allow Cranial-8 to provide a high touch service model for its key principals.

Positions Details

Regional Sales Managers employed as independent Contractors under a Master Services Agreement (MSA). This is a result based position. Accordingly compensation is paid through commission and bonus schemes. Other arrangements may possible after a degree of commitment and success has been demonstrated.

General Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in component sales, specifically into industrial OEMs. Candidates with a technical background will have a strong advantage.

  •  Experienced electronic components sales representative
  • Experience of industrial, automotive and medical OEM customer base
  • Strong team player
  • Technical background or demonstrated technical acumen
  • Home base in the assigned territory
  • Ability to travel easily within the territory
  • No conflicting interests
  • Fluency in English and French for the Montreal based position
Job Specific Requirements

To undertake any task reasonably associated with a regional sales title; typically to Identify, develop and manage key strategic accounts on behalf of Cranial-8 principals. A minimum amount of planning, documentation and reporting will be required. To facilitate this access to the company’s corporate e-mail, website, CRM and database tools will be provided.

  •  Identification of key accounts
  • Account profiling
  • Identification of key decision makers and influencers
  • Account adoption strategies
  • Account adoption execution
  • Account relationship building and management
  • Setting and meeting sales and objective targets
  • Work with distribution in support of their direct accounts
